Q. When will we hear if we are successful?
A. No later than the 20th April, although we reserve the right to amend this date if necessary.
Q. What equipment do we need to bring?
A. We supply a full back line including drums and keys. It’s plug and play and of course bring your breakables. If you feel you have special requirements or prefer to use your own amp due to sound effects please advise us at least a week before the event.
Q. Do you have to be over a certain age to play?
A. There are NO age limits; all ages are welcome.
Q. What genres are you looking for?
A. All genres are welcome.
Q. What are the arrangements on the day?
A. Basically turn up 1 hour before your set time. Please try and travel to the event as a band in one vehicle where possible due to limited parking. Please report to the Marshals at the entrance who will direct you to parking and the green room.
Q. Is there any parking?
A. Yes, there is limited parking for performers and associated trades only so please try and car share.
Q. Can we sell our merchandise?
A. Yes feel free; it is as much your gig as ours.
Q. Is there somewhere we can leave our instruments?
A. Yes we have a dedicated Green room with Security. We would like you to feel safe about leaving your instruments and to stick around and enjoy the day with the peace of mind that you don’t have to worry about this aspect. However, we must point out that we cannot be liable for the loss or damage of any equipment.
