APPLICATIONS ARE NOT YET OPEN FOR 2018. BELOW IS THE PROCESS YOU WOULD HAVE FOLLOWED IN 2017.

A workshop is where you or your business will offer a demonstration or class for free a few times in the festival day.  Your free sessions will help develop your audience and promote your business.  Workshops are free of charge, but all other stall rules (form, public liability insurance and any other certificate or licenses appropriate to your business) will apply.

Please see What's On for access instructions and the link at the bottom of this article for site rules. Remember that it is first come, first served for each type of workshop - whoever gets their application and paperwork complete in to us first, gets in. Please share this information with anyone who you think would add to our festival event.

For your workshop to be approved you must send the following in (ideally electronically) by 11 May 2017 at the latest:

  1. Application Form - please complete our online form:
    https://www.cognitoforms.com/FOCRG/StallholderWorkshopEnquiryForm
  2. All relevant paperwork for your workshop (insurance, certificates, licenses as appropriate for your workshop)

If you wish to run a workshop, please get in contact info@chislehurstrocks.co.uk
