I have a disability, is the event accessible?

We work hard to ensure Chislehurst Rocks is an inclusive and welcoming festival for all.

This year, we will have a fully-accessible mobile toilet and shower unit provided by RevoLOOtion fully-equipped with a hoist. Please bring your own sling.

We will also have a ‘Take a Moment’ tent to offer a calm space for visitors with additional sensory needs to ‘Take a Moment’.

Although the festival opens to the public at midday, from 11 am onwards we will be offering ‘Accessible Rocking’ allowing those with additional needs to enjoy the music in a more relaxed manner.

There are a limited number of accessible spaces onsite for Blue Badge holders - please make yourself known to a Traffic Marshall upon arrival.

Oxygen Tank and Power Wheelchair charging is offered free of charge - please ask a member of uniformed staff to summon the Event Controller to obtain access.

We will be operating the Herbert Protocol in advance and at the event. Click here to upload information about vulnerable visitors to the event so our security team and (where appropriate) the Police can assist in the case of a missing person or emergency.

We will have a side stall with switch setup, allowing those with additional needs to participate.

Social Story - coming soon, will be printed in the event programme.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any specific questions or concerns in advance of the event. We would be happy to work with you to ensure you can attend the event and offer care and support to the best of our abilities.
